The “Voucher Verification” screen will be opened. 4) Enter voucher number being redeemed. 5) Press “Enter” or use the mouse and left click on “OK” Your transaction is now complete If the Total Dollar amount exceeds that balance of the voucher you will receive the following error “Error in Validation 330 The indicated voucher has an insufficient balance”. If the Total Dollar amount is less than the Gift Certificate balance, QuickSell Commerce will keep track of the available balance. To look up the balance on the voucher, press “Esc” to return to the POS screen Press “Ctrl Shift F3” and enter voucher number. The system will display balance and any history of the voucher number entered.
