Layaway-Canceling a Layaway 1) Enter ID Number and Password 2) Enter “ F11” Recall 3) Use up & down arrow keys and Highlight “Recall a layaway” 4) Press “Enter” or use your mouse and left click on “OK” 5) Use up & down arrow keys and highlight Layaway to select. 6) Press “Enter” or use your mouse and left click on “OK” 7) Your layaway will be recalled. Press “Enter” You cannot delete the items from the screen. 9) You must change the “On Layaway” quantities to zero. 10) Press “Enter” The “Layaway” screen will open. 11) Use up & down arrow keys and Highlight “Save Changes” 12) Press “Enter” or use your mouse and left click on “OK” “Deposit To Keep” screen will open. The default will be the amount of deposit made. 13) Press “Enter” or use your mouse and left click on “OK” You are now at the Tender Page. 14) Enter amount of refund under appropriate tender type.
